I love this movie about the depression era. It is realistic. The acting is superb. Can't recommend it enough.

This movie is one of my most favorite movies of all time. The movie is family entertainment at its very best. The cast of characters are superb, the story tells of real struggles of a time when survival was not an easy task. This was a movie somehow I let slip through the crack! I didn't see it when it came out. This was a great view. Timeless! Super cast! It left me wanting more.
