Good replacement - can link to two cell phones

Replacing a Panasonic system that was knocked out by lightning. Everything was easy to set up. An improvement over my much older system is that numbers entered into the handset are available to all handsets. In the old set you needed to update each handset. The only feature that I miss is that on the old handsets there was a small light which made it easy to locate the set in the dark. This is missing from the new set. Very carefully packaged, FedEx ran late, only complaint is one unit has no display. But I'm happy. My old system if too close to the WiFi base would cut out, this one does not.

many different ways to use the system........

the system is great for anybody with a cell phone and land line. mine works great with magic jack and my cell phone. I bought a second set for my sister and brother in law , only to find out they do not have a land line . They still use the 4 handset throughout the house ,which add's 5 stations for the cell phone Just don,t use the base station.....,this system without the base because it also works with blue tooth from the phone. Refurbed Panasonic Fone

Pros:
Good value as a refurbished phone, looked just like new and worked just like it should.
The printed instruction manual was well written and easy to understand
The backup powered handset is a great feature just in case of power failures.
The speaker phone works and sounds good also.
Having 5 handsets puts the phone into every room.
Cons:
Cant think of anything significantly wrong with these phones.
The batteries dont last long when the phone is out of its charger base but charge up fairly fast

It was easy to set up, it is compact, it has large display and keys. It has good sound and it has Bluetooth connectivity up to 2 cell phones and it has a large range. I read some reviews that the unit was difficult to set up but for me it was very easy, I did not even had to read the instructions manual.
