Does a good job. However, the quality of the plastic is a problem. I have had several split where the powder bottle screws in. I reinforce it with a hose clamp ... problem solved.. Price is right and powder drops with the baffle are + or - .1 gr with a full powder bottle down to about 10% or so from empty. Does not work well so some "light"(low density) and fluffy powders like 800X when dropping light charges for 28 gauge shells but with that type of powder you don't really need a baffle.Read full review

Worse than Without the Baffle
I installed this on my MEC 600 Jr Mark V for reloading12 gauge, #9 shot, 3/4 oz loads using Alliant Extra-Light Powder, 15 - 16 grains. Unfortunately, the powder drop using this baffle system was more erratic than without it. Using a consistent number of lever pulls with and without the baffle installed showed a variance of greater than 0.8 grains over 10 shells compared to less than half that without the baffle.Read full review

I load 12,16 20 & 410; have always had a problem with ball powders leaking on charge bar and dropping inconsistent charge weights. NO MORE! Works Great, really should get a few more,
