To tight around my phone

The phone case to tight on my phone. Everytime I put my phone in the case it turns my phone off. Its to tight to manage the side buttons. Can't turn it back on or it'll mess up my volume by turning it up & down because its way to tight. This case is cute however the gold buttons that cover the volume buttons keep interfering when I put the case on. Other than that I have no complaints
