Nikon l810

It’s smaller than I thought (I accidentally bought this one instead of the B500) but that’s actually convenient for taking along in a small bag or purse. I haven’t figured out all the features yet and it frustrates in the moment but then you accidentally stumble onto new features that do what you wanted and realize you just don’t know how to use the thing. So all in all I’m really liking it. Once you get used to using it , it’s a great camera. And its beautifully crafted and makes you look like you know what your doing with a cam when you really don’t have any idea. LOL. I like looking like a pro and fooling all the passerbyers. Good product for the price I paid.

This camera was almost what I expected, but it didn't have the good quality image I was hoping it would have but it was worth it for the price I paid for it. Bought it for my younger brother so he will be happy with it. Read full review...

Nice product for general use at a great price, great zoom potential.

I have mixed feelings about this camera. I took it on a 4,300 mile motorcycle trip out west and it was great for landscape shots and general use. I was able to take excellent photos of Mount Rushmore from miles away and be able to practically count the hairs on the president's heads with the zoom. My daughter took it to Boston. Again pretty good. I also breed Dalmatian puppies, and using it to take photographs of the puppies has proven difficult. The photos taken inside, with or without flash, are often grainy and a bit blurry. Outside it performs great, other then being a bit slow to focus. Also Zoom is a bit laggy, and then over zooms which is frustrating if you need a quick shot. HATE that you have to manually pop up the flash, and HAVE to take off the lens cap just to look at your photos. Was a bit leery about it using regular batteries, but on our trip out west over 10 days and 800 plus pictures plus reviewing them etc we only used two sets of four alkaline batteries, and there was still some "juice" left.Read full review...

A good portable and compact camera for impromptu pictures any time!

I like this camera for it's very good picture quality and its' features. Also, it has a convenient compact size for ready to shoot carrying! For me, it is more fun to use than a mobile phone camera!

Great deal on a good camera

I searched eBay for a camera for my daughter because I didn’t want to pay $200+ for a new one. I found this one at a great price. The camera is in great shape & had most all the original accessories. I’m happy with my purchase & I know my daughter will be happy when she opens it on Christmas. Read full review...

Nice camera! I really like it!

Definitely is a good camera, much better than the other one I had first!!

Is a good size, easy to carry, practical and takes really nice pictures, easy to set up and even easy to use.. The only issue could be that is kind of hard to stabilize the image to be able to take a really good picture.. The flash is good but I am still trying but once I do it, pictures are awesome!!Read full review...

Nikon cool pix l 810
very nice in size i love the photos it takes .i wouldn't say the are the top of line but they are very good photos for the price of what this camera goes for .the zoom is real nice feature. the size is perfect not to big or small easy to use and understand .i bought it to resell but decided i would just keep it. great for the holidays .the best part is the kids can use it to as long as they don't throw it lol .the rebel is hard to beat so i had to give this item 4 stars for quality photos .and its a 5 star all the way around for the price . and features .Read full review...

Don't miss out on the Nikon Coolpix L810

This is a camera for a person that wants quality photos at a low upfront cost. If you are an experienced photographer and looking for a cheaper camera to have as a back up to a really nice camera, this is the one. Overall this has been a great camera with easy to use features that takes nice clear photos. What I do not like is that it comes with four AA rechargeable batteries, but not to worry you can find a nice set of eight rechargeable batteries for under $20 if you look around. I live in a warm area of the country so the charge last longer than if I were to live in colder parts of the world, I have experienced this with AA cameras before. Don't think twice if you see one of these gems in your price range!Read full review...

Excellent features, easy to use, and it takes great pictures!
True story: Had my heart set on the Nikon D3100, but I couldn't bring myself to pay that much for it. Rewind to my son's 8th grade graduation in May. I didn't have a camera at the time so I was using my cell phone which ran out of batteries by the time the graduation procession started. I was devastated. FORTUNATELY a good friend whose son was also graduating was sitting right behind me and she had a gorgeous professional looking camera. She offered to take pics of our son for me. When she emailed them to me the next day, her pictures were amazing! The zoom, picture color and clarity was so unbelievable! I HAD to know what the name of her camera was. She said a "Nikon Coolpix L810". I quickly looked it up online and found it cheapest on Amazon. I ordered it on a Friday and got it on Monday! I'm in LOVE with this camera. I've been practicing taking photos with it outside my work during breaks and the pictures are just beautiful, the zoom is AMAZING. Now, it's definitely not a quick point and shoot camera. You should ABSOLUTELY read the focus instructions VERY carefully before you use this otherwise your pictures come out blurry. BUT that's not a camera issue, it's a "you're not focusing the camera correctly" issue. Lol. You need to press the button down only halfway to allow the camera to focus first, once the focus light turns green, THEN press it all the way down. Tricky at first but gets easy after about 5 pics. So take your time practicing with the focus and getting to know all its shooting modes and features before you try to use it for special occasions like graduations, weddings, vacations...etc. After you get used to it, you will be in love with it. The price for the quality of this camera is outstanding. Love the size of it too. Big enough to be taken seriously, but small enough to fit in a purse or bag for travel. Not heavy, but just enough weight to it to give that quality feel. It's perfect!Read full review...

You should be in pictures... mine!

I purchased this to take photos for a biker magazine accompanying my articles. I like most of the point & shoot features including the high megapixel quality. The camera could come with better software for both instructions and photo editing with special effects WOULD have been nice! A great value for the money overall!Read full review...
