NEUTROGENA original formula is excellent

This is a product that I've used for decades & is no longer available in the store. They recently revised the formula; the new formula is INFERIOR . The old formula is an excellent skin product.

I've never used any form of toner before but this product has become one of my daily before bed routines. I use it after washing my face to get any leftover makeup or oil off and then follow it with my prescription face cream from curology. It leaves the skin really light and free it's as if nothing is even on. I haven't had any severe breakouts, which I usually do because of my sensitive skin so this is the first product that I can use without worry.
