My wife tried this some years ago and was thrilled that it gave her relief from her knee, back, and shoulder pain. As such I also gave it a try with no noticeable effect what-so-ever. After some research I came to the conclusion that it indeed worked to relieve joint pain in about one-third of those who tried it. For this group it apparently works well. For the rest of us, not at all!
