A great entry level French press

This was/is my first French Press and i've enjoyed it. I'll go over a few highlights.

First thing to know is this product does feel cheap but it does work great. As long as you're careful with it, it should last you quite some time as long as you treat it delicately. I paid $12 for mine (2020) and i'd have paid up to $20 for it so even though it feels cheap, it does work great.
Also keep in mind that you're only going to get about 2 average cups of coffee at a time unless you want to make it strong and dilute it down to normal with hot water in each cup.
The filter works rather well. It does leave some silt but far less than i expected for this type of filter. Speaking of the filter, depending on where you buy this, it may say it comes "with extra fine mesh filter", but it does not come with an extra filter, but rather 1 filter that is extra-fine, though i do expect the filter to last a long time
Something else i feel is worth mentioning, this has been great for making cold brew. I rarelymade cold brew because filtering it is a pain, but this makes it ridiculously easy.

I would recomend this to anyone that's interested in getting their first french press. It will make help you decide if you'd prefer to make coffee this way and won't cost much. But if you are looking for something that's meant to last a lifetime or can take a beating, this probably isn't the best option. But the upside is you could replace this once a year and probably notice no affect on your wallet. Read full review...

Great Coffee- buy one

This is an excellent product and makes excellent coffee. It is quicker then using a drip coffee cone and the coffee is fresher then with k-cups.

More stable than others

More stable than other French presses. Has a good wide base of plastic to support the glass, less likely to be broken in use
