Value For (Smart) Money

I was impressed from the start when I received this watch. It arrived on time and in a sturdy box. There were the usual items in the box but with the addition of a screen protector, which is a bonus as many phones require you to buy them separately. The manual is reasonable instructive, better than the ‘Refer to the on-screen instructions’ you often receive.
My first impression with the watch was that it was quite chunky, which is a positive for me. I expected it to be heavy to wear but is surprisingly light; you are not aware of it on your wrist. Looks as though it will stand the test of time. The charging cable has good magnetic adhesion avoiding its’ detachment during charging.
The dial of the watch is large, very bright with very sharp graphics making reading it hassle free. The display is very crisp and responsive when switching from one function to another to display a multitude of applications including a selection of watch faces. The watch is linked to a bespoke app that is loaded to your phone, increasing the range of many of the apps in the watch. For the health conscious there is over 100 algorithms available on the watch to aid with goal setting and calorie burn.
The watch has the usual health apps as well the ability for it to be used as your phone, with the ability to save 20 contacts and an on-board keypad. A difference with this watch is that its internal memory gathers data from the apps and displays the reading along with a 24 hour history, which is handy: More detailed historical data is available in the phone app. The link from the watch to your phone offers an extension to listening to music etc, a shutter control for your phones’ camera, also it has a calculator. I cannot vouch for the battery life other than to say I am on day 5 of my first charge.
I am very pleased that I chose this watch and have every confidence that my pleasure will be there for a long time. The price is excellent for the degree of functions available. I can confidently give it *****. It’s like having your phone on your wrist.Read full review...
