HELPS E TO STAY ALKALINE
Great to help monitor overall health and guide food choices. Cancer feeds on sugar and too much sugar will reflect an acidic value on the strip. All sorts of health woes are caused by acidic conditions due to poor food choices over time. Good Test Paper
I use this paper every day to check my PH level. It comes in a little roll and you tear off as much or as little as you need. Because I know my levels i am able to adjust my diet without having to guess whether I need more alkaline foods or not. A healthy person need not worry about it but as a cancer survivor, knowing can mean the difference between having to do chemo or staying in remission.
