The instructions say to apply a thin coat to both surfaces and wait until it turns tacky. That's a difficult task for the exhaust bellows on a stern-drive, and it was already tacky before I could get a coat applied. Bellows glue

Patience is the key, if you don't give it time to set up, it's like grease and hoses or bellows will slip off easily😞

When you have an o ring that will not stay in place this product is great. Just make sure you use rubber gloves.
