fit and work great for me
bought this style Sony's for years but they got hard to find anywhere. Found NOS Sony's on ebay but were way too expensive so I thought I'd try these Maxwell's... they do the job and they're very affordable. I'm a welder and the behind the neck style is the only type head phone that can be used while wearing my welding helmet. I'm currently connecting these head phones to and old Sony Walkman and they're getting hard to find too. I'll buy another Maxwell as backup soon!Read full review...

Not the best fit, but good for workouts
I noticed the bass fuzzes out a bit. Also it does not sit very comfortably behind the ears, though it's possible that could be due to my larger than average head. I've also noticed that I cannot comfortably wear my glasses with them. They were cheap, so definitely good enough for me to wear to the gym, and there is no issue with them slipping off. They're not horrible, but if you listen to your ipod a lot and walk everywhere like I do, you probably want some slightly better quality onesRead full review...

They seem pretty darn decent to me.
Inexpensive. Sound quality seems good, but I'm legitimately about half-deaf, so take that part of the review with a grain of salt. I haven't worn these for over an hour at a time yet so I don't feel particularly qualified to give an excellent review about the comfort. But for the time I have worn them, I did not find them to be uncomfortable. If I do wear them for 2 or 3 hours at a time or more at once, I will try to remember to come back and re-write my review with a greater level of experience and familiarity with them.
I used to own a nice pair of wired Sony headphones, which can still technically be found for sale on occasion, but at an OUTRAGEOUS price. I guess Sony doesn't make them anymore. These are probably the next best thing, but I haven't tried everything. I can tell you for sure, that these are not *QUITE* as comfortable as the old Sony headphones of nearly identical design that I've owned previously.Read full review...

Lightweight but poor volume.
The volume is low compared to other similar headphones. The cable is thin and doesn't appear to be long lasting. Can be uncomfortable to use when also wearing glasses.

Bad Fit. Cheesy sound.
Not adjustable and the plastic neckband is twisted so it does not cover your ears properly so the sound is thin with no bass.. Don't waste your money!
