I cannot tell you what long-term use is like, but I have washed and conditioned my hair 4 times now with the Fiberstrong shampoo and conditioner and it has made a noticeable difference already. I have had a couple people mention that my hair looks different/better too. I have unruly hair that has been breaking off lately. This has made my hair much more soft and smooth looking.
