Don't buy as I want these all to myself :)
I figured out that Diphenhydramine is the most important ingredient in any sleep aid and this ad presented itself when I conducted a google search. At 50mg per capsule and 200 ct total this is an amazing deal for a sleep aid. I have horrible insomnia at times and when the insomnia is really bad I take up to 4 of these and I sleep well.
