Good unit that needs a little work
This unit as with all Logitech products is a fine working piece of equipment, however it needs some work in the microphone response area. I use this headset on my computer for Skype internet calling, and the audio reports I receive are lacking audio quality. I also use a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 webcam, and can switch back and forth between the web cam and the headset to check audio quality. All of the audio reports I receive on the 9000 web cam are far better than on the headset. The reports I get people say the audio is lacking fullness and sounds tinny. I know it's nothing to do with my sound card, because both the 9000 webcam and the headset are connected via a USB port and not into any audio port on the computer. I can find audio response stats. for all of the Logitech webcams, but nothing on this headset. Overall this is a great working product that lets me wander around the house without being wired to the computer. I would suggest Logitech make an updated version of this unit with a mic that is the same as the one in the 9000 web cam. Even if the boom had to be a little larger to accommodate the different size it would be the best set on the market. This is why I rate this as a 4 star product. Logitech H820e
Headset is kind of heavy, my ears get sweaty after a while. Battery doesn't last a long time.
I really don't like that the USB cable has to connected to the PC all the time. I work from home and keep moving around with my laptop so it's a pain to keep moving the base of the headset with it.

These are very nice head phones. The pluses include: comfortable, good range, pretty nice sound, good microphone and really nice charging station. Ordered 12 for staff, they all broke quickly under light use. AVOID
We bought 12 of these headsets for our staff, and they ALL broke quickly under light use. Logitech honored the warranty for some, but not all, and the replacements also broke almost immediately.
<br>There is a super-thin piece of plastic that holds the earpiece to the boom, and it breaks easily and quickly under normal use. Once it breaks, the earpiece dangles from the wires. It is very difficult to keep the headset on after it breaks, and it is difficult to charge because the charger stand connects to the earpiece.
Also, a separate issue is that the mute button on the boom falls out, and subsequently does not work. We have had at least one of these two issues on all 12 of these headsets, and most have had both issues.
Logitech bases their warranty on the date of manufacture, not on the date of purchase, so some our our warranties were honored, but many were not. The process seems arbitrary, and Logitech recommends buying a new headset (haha).
Until recently, we have purchased all wireless products through Logitech. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend against buying any wireless headsets from Logitech.Read full review...

The only problem I had was that the cord that connected the headset base to my hard drive did not make a connection so it couldn't be found. I had to purchase a new cord and now the headset works perfectly. Great sound quality and long distance
Replaced Logitech H600 with this model. Had great luck with the 600. Served me well for 3+ years but was the old bluetooth and range was 30 feet at best.
This product is the 4.1 bluetooth with a 300 foot range. Wonderful.
Mic and headset are good quality and fast charging.
