With five intensity speeds, this gun can give a subtle massage as well as a deep penetrating one going up to 2800mhz. It is fantastic for active people as it helps to promote recovery by increasing blood circulation which can help with sore and stiff muscles. It is applicable and beneficial for all sorts of lifestyle. It comes with 5 interchangeable heads which includes round, spinal, flat and two types of bullet. To fully take advantage of the massage gun, use the designed heads to target certain areas. Having someone to assist can further enhance the experience such as hard to reach areas like your back. Not only is it beneficial for health, I find that sharing and taking turns using it on hard to reach spot with loved ones is a fun and a bonding activity. It is wonderful when you can spread happiness and better health from such a cool gadget. From my experience, the battery lasts anywhere from 3-6 hours depending on the intensity of usage. Get relief fast ! You will be amazed !
I researched for several weeks, and amongst various possible solutions before purchasing this massage gun for Christmas, to help with my wife's nagging sciatic pain. I have been using it on her for 15-30 minutes each night (they suggest up to 3, 15 minute sessions per day) , and she FINALLY has some notable relief and relaxation of the muscle tension after only one week. We are thrilled so far, and I find myself now just hoping it doesn't malfunction or something. I could've saved almost half by buying an imitator. It is a pretty simple design, and I was tempted. The Sonic Deep Tissue massage gun was consistently high in it's reviews though, and I got a small discount by accepting an "open box" unit. A lot depends upon the operator paying attention and not "bouncing on" bony areas, which is decidedly "not relaxing", yet not injurious at all. This subject is covered in the operating instructions, though, and when used properly, the massage gun has been absolutely magical ! We discovered hidden soreness in areas we never realized were contributing to more widespread discomfort(s), for example. I have been praised all my life (66 years old now) for my "magic" hands, but this deep tissue massager amplifies any "natural" abilities I might have a hundred-fold ! Nice massage gun
It's a great personal massager. Everything comes nicely packaged and have a good carrying case. It has a bunch of massage head attachments, but i mostly use the round ball attachment as that feel most like a kneading massage, which i enjoy. The battery on full charge last pretty long. Been using everyday for a week, and about 20 mins each day and it still have some juice left. I like the gripped handle too, no need to hold on too tightly. Best gun massage ever!!
Received my sonic gun, and I'm loving it 😁!!! I have a very tight upper back, shoulders, and neck from working long hours, I helped my husband remodeling houses. My job is kind of hard and as you may imagine, we have to carry lot of heavy materials, so it's caused some major knots in these areas.
Sonic ... this massage gun DOES IT ALL. It comes with five attachments and has five speeds, so you can find a combination that works for every muscle group. It's surprisingly light weight and small enough to maneuver easily, but don't let that fool you - it's powerful when you want it to be.
This gun is even better what I thought!! It barely makes a sound, penetrates deep into the muscle tissue, and causes a warming sensation in the muscles due to stimulating increased blood flow in the area it's used on. Plus, the warmth is felt deep in the muscles a good while after I've used my gun, kinda like I'm receiving a continuous massage that helps relieve muscle knots and soreness. I've only charged my Sonic once but I've been using it daily for 5 days now on various speed settings, and it is still saying it's fully charged, so the battery life is great.
