Good, but not cell leader specific

I bought this book because I absolutely loved the first book; Cell Group Explosion and thought this would be more like a "sequel". While it did focus on leadership, the material wasn't that different from typical leadership material you would read in dozens of other leadership development books. Typical things like goal setting, focus, motivation, etc. were covered. I was hoping for more specifics for cell leadership, not just general leadership qualities. Still it had valuable information and some much-needed reminders for my own leadership skills.Read full review...
