Recommended. I like it so far.

Although this book is slightly outdated. I work in retail management and it was recommended to me by my field leader. I have been impressed by her approach to the team members as well as her professionalism and demeanor, so when she recommended it, I got it that night. I'm about half way through and so far I can see why referred me to this book, I have basically verbatim told her the same underlying message that is portrayed throughout this book.
