Get a Specific Guide to the Law of Attraction

This book is excellent! I have been reading and listening to the Jerry & Esther Hicks books and tapes, but Michael Losier's book, "Law of Attraction The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't" gets down to three simple steps. His book is also based on the information from the Hicks books and he lets the reader know that this is not a new concept. Instead there are recorded books back as far as 1906 which explains our connection to the Universe and how our thoughts and feelings have a direct effect on what manifests in our lives. I had also heard of these concepts back in the 1970's when I first started reading self help and metaphysical books; however, Michael's book takes the complexity of this concept and simplifies it for workable easy steps that anyone can apply. He also explains why affirmations don't work for most people and he uses his experience of learning Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to explain why. I immediately had a break through with learning this as I was one of the people that had difficulties with affirmations. Michael explains that the wording and the way we say things has a direct impact on how our minds respond. Not only am I now interested in learning more about NLP, I am also discovering and monitoring my own choices in words. If you are interested in learning more about how to achieve more joy in your life, this book is a great start. Even if you have read other books on the same subject, Michael's format is clear and precise. I highly recommend reading it. He gives exercises to complete which are very helpful to the reader. I bought the book and the CD. I like the CD so I can listen while driving but it is hard to take notes so I bought the book too. The CD has printable PDF worksheets I found particularly helpful.
r>The refreshing thing about this book is that the author doesn't just encourage you to go be abundant. He teaches you how; very specifically. He shows you how to get started and interpret negative thoughts to help you decide what you really want. The answers for me were surprising, and yet, they were also what I knew I wanted all along, only clearly defined. I am happily and gratefully focused on what I want rather than negatively focused on what I don't want.

I love the fact that Michael gives worksheets on what to do in this book. It is really making it very clear for me. I also ordered the cd, and it is very nice to listen to the cd, and have the book as well. I have lots of stuff on the LOA, but I really do like how Michael has made it simple, and easy to understand and apply.Read full review...

The Definitive Guide to Success with LOA

I did not purchase this book for a long time because it seemed so short and simple, overly simple. However, I couldn't have judged a book by its cover more inaccurately. This book is REAL, DOWN TO EARTH, and SIMPLE TO USE for anyone wanting to succeed in applying the Law of Attraction in their lives.
