Still has a good bang for your buck.

Older technology but still very fun to start within robots. Since Lego doesn't make robot kits for the general public anymore this is a good starting point for the price.

May be old but still a good set to own.

At this time the set is 20 years old and still ticking. Drawback is it requires Win 95 but will run on Windows X P . Easy programming with the software. I bought another used old laptop to hook up IR tower and run the software and have purchased two sets 1.0 and a 1.5 and partial Sports add on and the Creatures add on sets. Just working my way up the Mindstorms ladder until I have most of the sets. It is a fun and educational toy.Read full review
