great for my needs

scooter is great, just wish it had a brake that locked both wheels instead of one. i was going down a hill & it locked the wheel on one side & made a flat spot in the tire so when im scooting on a flat surface, you can fill the flat spot everytime the wheel make a full turn. easy to set up & well worth the investment especially when your gonna be down for a while like me for 4months & all the rental companys here in memphis tn wanting $100 a month to rent & @ least i can sell this one & recoup some of my money i spent. Why you should not by this scooter

The turning radios is not good the front wheels are not far enough apart the rear tires are not close enough together you hit the ball of your angle on them it has a solid rear axil and it does not want to turn. Great Scooter, Great Price

The scooter was so easy to put together, I didn't even have to open the manual. The basket is a huge plus and definitely needed. I bought a thick sheepskin seat cover ($15) to put over the seat being that it is somewhat hard. I don't believe the seat would be an issue for quick use, but if you plan to be on the scooter for a length of time, I would recommend buying a seat cover. I bought mine on Amazon and I also saw others for around $7.00, but I had this particular seat cover in tan before, but I lent it to a friend of mine who also is using a scooter for foot surgery.Read full review...

A Smooth Ride

I have never needed a “knee scooter” before and had no idea where to look for one. My Orthopedic Surgeon recommended this company - and he recommended them highly.

You never know what you’re getting when you order online. I needed something and I needed I quickly!!! I can honestly say I am so very pleased with my purchase!

The quality of this scooter is remarkable! It is made exceptionally well made, very sturdy, and very easy to handle. I love the dual handbrakes!!!!

The frame is powdered coated, and the entire unit is heavy enough to support one’s weight, but it is also easily loaded into a vehicle! It folds easily and takes up very little room.

The one thing that I absolutely love about this scooter is the cushion they used to rest you leg on. This is a one-piece cushioned leg rest. Let me tell you - when the soft splint is resting on a good one-piece cushion, you appreciate the comfort. (A friend loaned me her knee scooter until mine arrived. Her leg rests were two individual cushions. I found the two cushions very uncomfortable!) I definitely love my KNEEROVER overall and my life is so much easier now than prior to having my KNEEROVER.

I highly recommend the KNEEROVER scooter. It is a very smooth ride and I find it easily maneuverable.

Good scooter with a couple of issues

I broke my ankle and crutches were not cutting it. This is definitely way better than crutches. However, they could improve by having smaller wheels, making turning easier. Right now, the turns are very wide, so just getting around the house involves either a lot of backing up (like you're parallel parking - backing up and turning the wheel and going forward again) or just lifting up the scooter entirely, which makes balancing difficult. It definitely works smoothly indoors, but for sidewalks, it could benefit by having better tires. Like mountain bike tires or something. This sounds crazy, but these smooth tires make it harder to use the scooter on the sidewalk. But again, so much better than crutches and it works well.Read full review...
