A Fun Format to Learn Something New

I realized I didn't know as much about Jung as I should, and I was looking for a basic introductory book, nothing too deep or specific. There arr a few books out there, but this one has a fun "learn in a week" format, where the book is divided into short chapters, one for every day of the week, so you can easily read a chapter and spend the rest of the day absorbing it, before going onto the next lesson.
