John Williams Plays Many of his Film Scores
John Williams is one of the best composers of films in the past 6 decades. His sweeping scores of Jaws (and who can ever forget that melody representing the shark?), Indiana Jones Films and many other Spielberg films resonate with audiences everywhere! I had the privilege of seeing Mr. Williams conduct our city's orchestra in a memorable concert. This concert not only covers those films, but maybe some other themes people may not have known about. Incredible music with beautiful Atmos sound recording.
The Dolby Atmos feature of this concert recording was why I bought it and it did not disappoint. Really gives the experience of being in the audience for the live performance. I was a little concerned that the classical orchestra would give a flat professional performance but was pleased to see their mutual enjoyment in bringing the soundtrack music to life by itself.
