Heartwarming and funny

I love this book so much, I have read it over and over and I have listened to it repeatedly year round, I never get tired of it.

A great read. It shows a funny and serious side of Christmas .

As usual Grisham shows his understanding of human nature. A comical read with a heart felt ending. Grisham at his best.

Skipping Christmas

I love John Grisham books, and love listening to the audiobooks in my car. I decided to look at the movie to check out the similarities and differences between the audio and the movie, and I enjoyed the audio much more. For me audio allows for more imagination than the movie. The audiobook was in great shape and I thoroughly enjoyed it.Read full review...

I "read" much of Grisham's work and admire the flexibility in his subjects. I enjoyed the plot and character development, and with the help of an excellent reader, was easily able to identify with the main characters.Read full review...

I thought the book was slow reading.

I usually enjoy John Grisham's books but couldn't get into this one. Because I saw the movie, Christmas with the Kranks, the book seemed slow to me.
