Can't beat the price!
Looked at this when it first came out ($199.99) and laughed as I walked away. Years later and at $20 I had to get one....sound is pretty good and the connectivity is easy (Bluetooth). I really like having it...using it in a car without Bluetooth is great and if I'm working in a spot I don't have a plug then this is ideal. Reasonable Review?
I don't know how this was considered $200.00 MSRP. I wouldn't even consider it at that price. I haven't tried any of the features that may come with the digital updates yet so maybe that will give a lot more value.
At $30 though it's a fantastic product. Definitely a steal at that price. Pretty decent volume levels out of such a small box. Decent battery life. Has some weight to it so it doesn't feel crappy. Don't regret my purchase at all.Read full review...

Good Little Speaker
I bought this speaker to replace the same style that I had dropped too many times and it finally did not survive. These speakers are fairly rugged and the sound quality is good. Not great, but for it's size I think it is better than can be expected. I have another of these and I use them when I am working. Often imitated, never been duplicated.
This isn't the loudest portable Bluetooth speaker on the market. Doesn't have to be, it has a rich, deep, quality sound that I've seen aped by manufacturer after manufacturer, yet they never get it right.
This is the original, the one that started it all, and though it's discontinued, for it's size, there hasn't been a usurper, even from the maker, in all the years since it's introduction.
I continue to be impressed and have bought several of the original Jamboxes over the years and love them. The sound is well rounded and rich, the bass goes so low you'll constantly wonder how the heck it does it, and the run time is excellent! Plenty of other speakers beat it in volume, but that doesn't matter if you're after quality.
I'm sure the Jambox will eventually be eclisped by another make or model, that can finally stand up and wrest the throne away in terms of performance, sound quality, and bass; but that day has yet to arrive.Read full review...

The Bluetooth on my unit doesn’t work but I have a friend who also has one and his works better but overall the sound is okay and easily gets distorted the minute you get anywhere near the louder volume. Massively disappointing
This product is either a knock-off or Jawbone forgot how to make quality speakers. The Bluetooth doesn't work, the sound is quiet, and the product rattles when the volume is maxed. I would have paid $5 for this, but definitely not worth $30 (let alone the $200 MSRP).Read full review...
