Jade East Cologne Takes Me Back
I used Jade East back in the '60s and '70s and didn't realize it was still available until I found it on eBay. It had been so long that I couldn't remember what it smelled like, but one whiff and it all came back. Far from the Old Stuff
It's strong. It's long lasting. But its not as refined as the 1964 scent. Back in the day Jade East presented the aura of mystic orientalism and was much less "sweet" smelling. If you wait long enough this rendition will probably come back into vogue despite it's cheap imitation of the old classic scent. I haven't the time to wait.

Not Even Close to the Real Jade East
After reading the reviews of this and how it was just like the original, I bought it. It isn't even close to the original. The only reason that I gave it 2 stars is that the fragrance is fair. If it weren't for that it would have received one star. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.
