Ok Product
So I bought this since I am still pregnant and wanted, an easy to use hands free blue tooth for my car that would also play media files as well. So as far as media play back goes and voice commands and voice read back of caller id or other information it works great. However from the phone call side of things everyone that I have talked to using this device says it has an echo of them selves... so even with the volume turned way down it still seems to pick up there speaking and echo it back to them. Now I am not sure if it is just this unit or if they all do that. Otherwise it seems to hold a great charge and last for a good while on that charge.Read full review...

Jabra Journey
I like the auto on and off on this model, but they did away with the FM option, which allows transmission of Pandora, etc. in the car. It also has a very nasty echo on the other end of the call. Haven't figured out how to eliminate this, and have tired adjusting volume on the Jabra, my phone and the phone of the person on the other end. No luck so far.Read full review...

Bluetooth feature appears to not be working.
Unable to use this speakerphone as it would not pair up with any of my three cell phones. The cell phones did not detect this as a blue-tooth device so really have no way to evaluate properly. I thought it was going to be an alright item at first, but it has too much static on the receiver end. In other words, the person I am calling complains of too much static. It is sometime hard to get it to take a voice command of whom to call. All of these complaints may have been why it was sent back to the factory or whomever for refurbishing and since it worked somewhat, it was declared to be refurbished. I don't recommend this item. Well worth the money....good value!
Having owned several Jabra bluetooth devices over the years, I felt that this would be another quality product of theirs. I wasn't disappointed. Very easy to setup and sync with my phone. When it gets within range it pairs up without a single problem. The speaker sounds good, not great. There will be the occasional crackle but it doesn't really affect the voice on the other end. I had my doubts about this item being that I went thru many others with no success. My main complaints with others is that the speaker was always to low to hear the caller on the other end. Easy to pair with my phone. This car speaker is very loud, maybe a little too loud at times even with the volume on low but I rather have it too loud then too low that I can't hear. My only little complaint that it turns itself on and off but I think it has a sensor to detect when you are in and out of the car. Voice control button works with my phone to make a phone call and to receive it.
