Jt sprockets are the best I've used in years, no cheap imitations.

I recently decided it was time to replace both sprockets and chain on my 89 gs500. I searched everywhere but most competitors prices were outrageous! I searched eBay and found this jt front sprocket brand new for $12. That's cheap! I thought if it don't work I'm not really losing that much. It actually fit right and I've been riding on it for a few months. Excellent product! I also bought a jt rear sprocket and renthal chain to top it off. Money well invested.Read full review...

Better than factory performance.

This should have been the factory gearing. No noticable downside to performance . The only con is gear hum at higher rpm's . Now i know why the factory sprocket had a rubber damper.
