They really do work
These worked almost immediately for me. Stopped my insomnia (which I had had for 2 years) and horrible panic attacks, which would wake me an hour later if I did nod off. Anxiety and tiredness would often have me in tears in the early hours.

Disappointing
Disappointed so far with these as there has been no change. I think I'll go back to the menopause tablets with sage, liquorish etc They worked for a couple of years.
