Works as advertised (along with Insteon 2411R IR receiver and universal remote). Can also be operated manually with the buttons on the unit. However, you can hear a slight buzzing noise when the lights are dimmed in a quiet room. I previously used a foot switch dimmer, which also produced a buzz.Read full review

Faster than previous model, but doesn't work with hue bulbs
We were having issues with our older plug in modules connecting and saying errors so we tried these out. I like how fast they connect and respond to the system but they make our hue bulbs flicker when they turn on or off. I have had lots of trouble with Insteon products lately and any more they just don't make a great product compared to what is available. I plan to take all of my Insteon out of our house and get something better. Read full review

No longer compatible with Apple Products.
This product works with Alexa. But my Apple based home is REALLY disappointed that Insteon has discontinued working with Apple.
They need to have a hub like Lutron who works across both platforms for Apple and Alexa.
If you purchase for use with Alexa you will be happy.
