Ceiling tv mount

I got this to mount a 24 inch flat screen below a cupboard in my motorhome. Out of the package one of the nuts on the slider got stuck and I had to remove it. The plastic pieces that are supposed to keep the nuts from getting stuck was broken. The bolts on the slider use Allen wrenches to tighten them. I went to the hardware store and bought thumb screws, which work much better since you don't have to use a tool to tighten the bolts. Otherwise, the unit is excellent for my purposes. In order to store the TV under the cabinet I slide it up, tighten the screws and lock the TV in the up position. To watch the TV, you drop the TV down, loosen the screws and slide it down to the lowest position. If this unit came with thumb screws it would be better than Allen head screws.
