U.S Government Chip

The U.S Government uses these things for Tolerance Control. Even though I don't own one of these machines, I know exactly how they work (1w=?FPS) wise. These machines are built to last WW3, And my experience with IBM Power Architecture, POLOPIS Facilities use these machines.
