Unbelievable ! I heard a health advisor on the radio, and she explained how alpha lipoic acid could aide in relieving foot pain for those who work long hours on their feet. So , I have been taking this supplement and rotating my boots every 2 to 3 hours. My foot pain is now subsiding and I can walk barefoot again without pain. Amazing !
