This is one of the fastest SATA drives I have used.

Older tech as it is SATA 1, but I was getting transfers in an external USB HD enclosure, USAP of around 50-70 mb/s. Not an SSD, but I plan on using this in a SATA I interface so anything faster than 150 mb/s would be wasted anyway. This is a really fast regular hard drive. I think it was a great purchase.

Hard drive in my ps3 crahed and I neede dnaother one . I wasn't about to go out and spend $ 500.00 for a new ps4. I found this one on line for around $ 20.00 . well $ 20.00 verse spending $ 500.00 a no brainer, right? Though I bought it used it has been working great since I installed it and reinstalled the system software on it. even it was to go out now .I think I have gotten my moneys worth out of it now. so yes I'm happy with this purchase. there were other being sold online for anywhere between $ 30 - $100.00.Read full review...
