Don't buy their humidifiers!
The sensor was fine. The company will not make a new part. So I would never buy a Hisense dehumidifier again. This was the second one, the first one stopped running, gave code about humidity sensor. Hisense sent me a new one. Not more than 6 months later, it is giving same code. But, because it was replacement product, Hisense would do nothing. I purchased this sensor and it still gives same code.Read full review

Part does not work
These are false adds says parts are guaranteed to work yea right spend time to take unit apart to replace and guess what same bad part as I had to start with

Didn’t correct E9 for long
I put the new humidity sensor in my dehumidifier to correct an E9 error. The error code was gone for one week. The unit ran as it should. On day 8, the E9 error code returned.

Sensor was defective.
The sensor did not work. The Hisense dehumidifier gave the same E9 error code once the sensor was installed. Very dissapointed in the sensor!
