He knows you're alone is a pretty good early 80s Slasher. It has some parts that are a little slow but the story is pretty good. A killer returns after being away for some time to continue his Citywide killings. He is a serial killer that stalks and murders young women who are about to be married. Tom Hanks has a small part in this film as does Dana Barron from National Lampoon's Vacation. Read full review...
