It's a good phone

I've had the phone for about 2 weeks. To camera is very good quality, takes really nice pictures. The touch screen is quick and not to much lag. Software inside the phone is good internet is fast for this type. Screen is small but I'm a fan of smaller size phones. There has been a glitch when attempting to make a recent call from the history list. Sometimes it takes I minute to connect. Weird.

good simple phone with nice features

for the novice phone user that wants the basics, this small solidly built phone is nice. the only drawback in my opinion is the quality of the speaker phone. its tinny and hollow. fits nicely in hand, pretty color

The back area to remove for your battery and sim card is difficult to take off. It took me a while to get the battery area open, once I did that then getting the little metal door open for the sim card is a different story. I ended up breaking mine trying to get it open. But, I like the phone so much that I ordered another and this time I will just take it in to the Verizon store and let them do it.Read full review...

Lousy battery life! Works for a back-up phone at best

I bought this phone after my last got water damaged. I was originally looking for the Stratosphere 2 when I came across this phone. I figured buying this phone would save me $20 and the seller offered many accessories, great! I loved this phone initially, the charm is a great idea when you have your phone buried in your purse so far that you can't hear it ring; the phone comes in a great color so unless you drop your phone a lot, there's no need for a case. The home screen has a great unique design; playing with the phone for the first time it seems to have all the works. However, if great battery life is a must for you, this phone is a NO for you. The life of the battery is not a great feature at all, and to make it worse, the battery cannot be removed and replaced. Also, after a little while (maybe just with my bad luck with touch screen only phones) the keyboard would become unresponsive for a few minutes and would not work correctly and after closing the internet or apps, it would semi-reset itself to the htc screen - Very annoying! This phone makes for a great backup phone, but it's back to my good old stratosphere 2 for me!Read full review...

Great for PagePlus users who want a reliable andriod phone

The HTC Rhyme is a great option for those who use pageplus. Although this phone is priced the same as some verizon 4g LTE phones, it is 3g & will work with a cheaper carrier. Great features such as the front facing camera for video chat, 7 home screens, and also come with a 8 gb card. Also love the docking station which can also be used as a speaker.Read full review...

As expected and advertised ergo the high marks.

Camera and picture quality is as clear as a bell. Audio is great via headphones. I love the docking station for charging, time and alarm purposes. Don't expect the docking station to be Bose quality or you will be sorely disappointed.

The major concern I have is overheating particularly when I am multi-tasking. i.e. listening to music and texting plus the number of processes I have running in the background. I will admit that I am a power user. This would probably be a reason why the battery does not last as long as expected. I still say that it needs a better battery.Read full review...

I love this phone and it was an inexpensive upgrade from my dumb phone. It's the perfect size and it's already survived a tumbles which is a necessity for any phone of mine. My issue with the features is that they seem a bit limited, for example, I haven't figured out how to stop the phone from vibrating when I text. For the ease of use, the phone isn't as intuitive to use as a technology-challenged person like me would prefer, but overall it's been great.Read full review...

Fantastic, small, sleek, smartphone with excellent battery life.

This is such a great phone. I honestly don't have any complaints. I went back and forth between wanting an iPhone or going with a similar style device. So glad I went with this one! The battery life is awesome and I love the docking station. There is nothing more annoying than walking into my bedroom in the dark at night, trying not to wake my husband, and struggling to plug in my damn phone! Problem solved. The charm is useless to me, my purse is not ridiculously big so it really doesnt get lost or anything in my purse. But I have had purses in the past that were hobo style that I could imagine this would come into good use. The phone feels very solid in your hand, and I really like the purple color. It is a very small smartphone compared to almost all the Verizon phones, which was exactly what I was looking for. I am 5'0 tall with tiny hands, so I needed something that would fit me. The ONLY complaint I have, or rather a suggestion on future design is to have a dedicated camera button on the side of the phone rather than just on the screen. But it is manageable. This phone is not as fancy as most smart phones, but good enough me.

I like the phone fine. I am not a big "phone" person. I carry it mostly in case of emergencies. I had a regular flip phone which I loved, but they are pretty much extinct not, so I decided to try a simpler smart phone. It serves my purpose, but it doesn't have very load notifications and you cannot set a notification sound for calendar events. You have to look at this phone to see if you received any texts, voice mails, or calendar events, which I'm not in the habit of doing. My old phone was load enough that I could hear it when I got a notification.Read full review...
