Stuck on this printer model...can't operate and don't like any new models.

I can only use this printer model. All new models are complicated.
But, when installed, it didn't print some recipes etc. from my computer. The cartridges were dried or defective. I AM also having trouble setting it up properly. Overpriced, BUT, I cannot use new printers. This printer does just what I need: Reduces and enlarges in 1% increments up to 200%. It prints if one cartridge is empty, and has enough levels to darken or lighten a copy.
I can only use this printer and don't know what to do when they become completely unavailable.
I need to make hard copies of important documents, plans etc., and it is not copying the full document. My last 4500 did the same thing sometimes, and I don't know why. I have to spend another 50 - 100 dollars to have it set up correctly. Too much money and aggravation, but all other new models are MUCH worse to deal with! I hope I can get it to print everything I need from my computer.

printer works fine. the power supply was DOA but was able to use the one from the printer this one replaced. is pretty noisy when printing or copying. but not real bad.

Seems to work ok! Feeder color appears to be a little weak, makes a lot noise when printing, but is working!!
