HP was a great value
It was in factory packing and complete. Easy set-up and download of drivers. Worked well with my Acer desktop computer. A very good buy all in all.

Does not print well.
The printing is very light. I was led to believe that it would automatically print on both sides, but it only does it manually. I generally like HP products, but this one is a disappointment.
