HP TV Card
I really only bought this to verify if the one I had was working or not! It seems that after windows XP None of the software for the HP TV tuner would work! I tried updating and configurations all over the place and still I could not get the TV part of it to work! I was running Windows 7 by now and just upgraded to Windows 10 and Still the TV Card would not work! )o; Then I found the answer!
Its a software company that crated software for almost ALL TV cards and later versions of windows! Including 10!
FYI: Its Win TV v8 that covers up to Windows 10 From Hauppauge com I think it only cost me 13.00 Bucks to buy it! and they sent me the CD! Look them up on google or what ever and look at the listing for TV cards they cover, I think they cover every one made! They cover this one and it works fantastic I have 60+ local stations just on the little antenna that comes with the HP Card! They call the card something else now, On there site, But, You can see from the photos its the same card! And it works great!

Good item if you have old laptop that can accept this card
