Christ, what an amazing phone
Now, granted, I came from the Moto G7 Power, so maybe it's not the fastest phone on the market, but it's certainly perfect if you like surfing social media and web browsing.
Camera Quality
<br>The camera is to die for; it's genuinely amazing, especially in sunlight. I have yet to take any low-light photos, but you can find many of them on the internet, and they're really good.
Size and Screen
The small size takes some getting used to. The Moto G7 Power was a much bigger phone than this one, and it makes me prone to typos. The actual quality of the screen is not all that hot, but it's definitely serviceable. It won't ruin your video-watching experience or anything.
Battery Life
The battery life is also a downgrade from the Moto G7 Power, but that's less of a knock on the Google Pixel 7a and more a testament to how amazing the battery life of the G7 Power was. This phone's battery life is definitely a "more than 24 hours" affair if you engage in light usage. If you're a medium to heavy user, it'll last you a day, but you'll definitely have to recharge the next day.
Overall Value
So, if I'm going to criticize this phone for its screen, the fact that it's not the fastest phone on the market, and the battery life that leaves me wanting compared to other phones, why would I call it amazing? It's because it provides you nearly flagship-level performance, nearly flagship-level photography, and amazing multitasking for about $300 (I got mine for $200, which may help in my high opinion of it).
