Superior drum rack!
I play two 1968 Ludwig drum sets. One is packed for gigs and the duplicate is set-up at home. I bought this rack for the home set to avoid having to buy more vintage stands. It's a lot nicer than I thought it would be and quite a handsome unit. It looks and functions BAD ASS!! I gig typically with two or three toms but was able to set them ALL up on the rack at home and pick the toms I want to gig with. It's a great system. 10-12-14? 12-14-16? 13-16-18? 10-13-16? It's SO easy to make an audible selection using this rack. While not matching the 60's set, I'm not a purist who cares about that, it works for me like this. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED product for this jobbing drummer. But, I cannot comment on portability and ease-of-set-up because I leave it at home and use my stands because that's what I'm used to.Read full review...
