I ordered this tailgate handle in my trucks exact colour and it came with the necessary adaptor plate. It is a genuine honda product and I received two honda keys with it. The lock cylinder can be re-keyed to match your existing keys. After viewing a video on-line explaining how to install it I installed it myself with no difficulty.
