As described, this is a genuine Fram filter in-the-box with copper gaskets and is an exact replacement for the OEM filter. It slips right into the OEM mounting bracket. This filter sells elsewhere for 3 to 4 times this advertiser's price (which includes shipping). Made in Israel, it has Fram quality construction and there were no problems with installation of the fuel lines. The seller shipped it promptly and it arrived 3 days later.
