Favorite Fitbit yet
This is my third Fitbit tracker and so far, it's my favorite. I had the Fitbit Flex long ago, then the Charge HR (which was great, except it broke twice). I like the slim profile of the Alta compared to the Charge HR -- it definitely fits my wrist better. I preferred the large band for both the Flex and the Charge HR (I'm between sizes), so I ordered the large band for the Alta. The bands are the same size, but I didn't realize the tracker part on the Alta is longer than the Flex or Charge, so the large Alta is quite big on me. I will definitely order the small band when it's time to replace this one.
I also liked the clasp on the Charge HR much better, though I haven't had any problems with the Alta falling off (yet, anyway).Read full review...

NOT waterproof, but stylish!
Bought because I thought this was the one that was waterproof. It's not. Still have to take it off to get in pool for water aerobics daily like I do my Charge HR. Had to buy straps with buckle as too difficult to close on my arm, have to tap to see time, steps, etc. all in all, I prefer my Charge HR, but not the fault of the seller or Fitbit. This is relatively small compared to most others, not quite the same step count as the ZipFit, but its other functions are more important to me. There's a huge vadiety of after-market bands available for it - many colors and patterns of silicone, some with buckles, also leather, and metallic mesh. A double-wrap leather band, trim med to length, allows wearing it on your ankle, where its step-count is nearly identical to the FitBit.Read full review...
