So put downable that I did.
Fr Richard Rohr is a Franciscan priest from New Mexico.
The idea behind the book is that life is a journey in two halves.
The introduction is promising, sadly that's as good as it gets.
A muddle of ideas picked from here and there sprinkled with a few bible quotes.
I have no idea what the author believes or what he was trying to convey.
I don't usually give up on a book, but this one was so utterly tedious.
Some of the reviews I read looked positive, sadly a thumbs down from me.Read full review...

Thought-provoking.
It is truly inspiring. Yes it’s quite intense reading at times and some passages you have to re-read to get the best from them but it’s well written and certainly thought-provoking and reflective. No matter what (or no) religion you follow you will find this worth reading. Read full review...
