ERNEST GOES TO JAIL HAS EXCELLENT CHARACTER PORTRAYALS AND REALLY SATIRES THE AMERICAN JUSTICE SYSTEM IN A UNIQUE WELL DONE WAY. THE BAD GUYS LOOK SO MEAN AND THE GUARDS ARE HUMOROUS YET WELL DEPICTED AT A MAXIMUM SECURITY PRISON. NASH, THE POWERFUL PRISONER SCHEDULED TO BE EXECUTED BY ELECTRIC CHAIR IS RUNNING OUT OF TIME. ERNEST GETS JURY DUTY AND GETS MIXED UP IN A DEVIOUS PLOT. THE MOVIE KEEPS YOU INTERESTED. THAT IS WHY I DECIDED TO BID AND HOPED TO WIN IT. MY FRIEND HAS ALOT OF DVDs AND I THOUGHT THAT I MIGHT START A SMALL COLLECTION MYSELF.

One of the best of the "Earnest" movies.

"Ernest Goes To Jail" is my #2 favorite "Earnest" movie. My #1 favorite is "Ernest Saves Christmas", #3 is "Ernest Goes to Camp". For me, the rest go downhill pretty fast. I like to watch "Ernest Goes To Jail" about once every 3 years. I lost my VHS copy, so I bought it on DVD. If you have never seen an "Earnest" movie, and want to try one, this is a good one to start with. If you already like "Earnest", but have not seen this one, you are in for a real treat.Read full review...
