Basical brand new!

Best ergotron purchase ever. Saved $180.

Works exactly as intended. My only downside is that the pole diameter is slightly less than my original ergotron so the mounting arms are not interchangeable. I probably could have looked that up beforehand. No biggie.Read full review...
