I love it; yes, there are some "quality issues" that can be fixed inexpensively; and yes, intonation is a little tricky; but it's a blast to crank up and let it scream. The stock pickup isn't all that bad, the tuners ok- the dot inlays are a little sloppy, but hey- the price is right! Great Starter Electric

Should be everyone's first electric guitar. When I think what I learned to play on and compare it with the LP Junior I just shake my head...great neck, nice action, light to hold and a single pick-up so you're not wasting a lot of time fooling looking for a "sound." As an entry level instrument this is very hard to beat. Epiphone is a good brand that in my opinion offers durability, reliability, and value at every turn.Read full review...

This is literally the least expensive guitar in my collection.
I have a Custom Les Paul worth 20X what this LPJ cost.. plus some high-end Ibanez, Fender and Kiesel guitars.
I got this guitar today and put some FastFret on .. and Ohmagawd!! This thing sounds and plays as good as any of them. The intonation is perfect, it stays in tune forever, the fret work is better than most of my guitars, it's got a pretty hot humbucker too. This is worth it's weight in eggs.Read full review...
