TERRIBLE DESIGN!!

Due to the way the top of the machine is designed, most of the "360 degree spinning file" is mostly covered. You have to really get creative in holding it to make contact with most parts of your foot. It makes no sense that the is almost a "hood" over the roller limiting the angles you can file. It's a design flaw that was not present on some previous Emjoi models. My old one was great. It was battery operated and I wanted to "upgrade" to the corded and "more powerful" ultra model. Ha! It may roll at a higher speed but the lack of available space for contact to your skin and struggling with angles to get it make this a frustrating product to use. Emjoi needs to redesign this for it to be an effective tool. I'm going back to my old battery operated model. It was designed better. Don't waste your $ in this one unless you like to do contortions as part of your pedicure. Ridiculous design.Read full review...
